Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services. We rely on accurate information to deliver courses effectively and communicate with participants.
2. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances when using our services. This includes laws related to data protection, intellectual property, and acceptable online conduct.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services does not violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for your failure to comply with applicable legal requirements.
3. Respectful Conduct
You agree to interact respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow course participants. This includes refraining from harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or any conduct that creates a hostile learning environment.
We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Our courses are designed to be supportive learning environments, and maintaining this atmosphere is essential.
4. Protection of Materials
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from course materials without explicit authorization. Materials provided during courses are for your personal learning and may not be shared or used commercially.
Recording of course sessions, whether audio or visual, is only permitted with prior written consent from Claritex. Unauthorized recording or distribution of course content violates intellectual property rights and these terms.
5. Account Security
If you receive login credentials or account access for course materials or online resources, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information. You must not share your credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
6. Payment Obligations
You agree to pay all fees associated with courses you enroll in according to the payment terms provided at enrollment. This includes any applicable taxes or additional charges. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to course materials or services.
Prohibited Activities and Content
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services. Engaging in these activities may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data
• Using automated systems or software to access our services without permission
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our services
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collecting or harvesting personal information about other users

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Claritex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party using our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in our services
• Any other matter relating to our services
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us for services during the six months preceding the claim, or one hundred rupees (₹100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure
Claritex shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, epidemics, government actions, labor disputes, internet failures, or other events that prevent us from providing services.
In the event of force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and resume services as soon as practicable. If services are disrupted for an extended period, we will work with enrolled participants to find appropriate solutions.
Termination and Suspension Rights
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes situations where you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason we deem appropriate for the operation of our business.
Your Right to Terminate
You may discontinue use of our services at any time, subject to any obligations related to enrolled courses and payment commitments. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations that accrued prior to termination.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Karnataka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Claritex, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
Formal Proceedings
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions outlined above.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely achieves the intended effect of the original provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Claritex regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
No waiver of any provision of these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Modifications to Terms
